Frustration. I think this is my word for the week. Several client issues; my baby boys discovering they can climb on things, particularly the kitchen table; and two hyper five-year olds are enough to make me crazy.
Despite this chaos, I am actually finding time to study. However, studying has brought out a new level of frustration.
MCQs and I do not play well together. I feel like I know the material until I see it in a multiple choice format. It is so frustrating to answer question after question incorrectly. I keep wondering, “When is this information going to stick in my head?”
It is hard to stay motivated during these chaotic times, but I keep reminding myself that this is why I have to keep studying. All I can do is keep working through the questions and making sure I read the explanations to the incorrect answers.
In addition, I am also focusing on the and NINJA notes and flashcards to help me drill the information into my brain.
The important thing is to keep at it and not give up.
