Hey NINJAs. Sorry for the long hiatus, but as you can tell from the title there has been a lot taking place in my life over the past 3 weeks.

First and foremost she said yes!!!! You heard me right! The island NINJA is officially off the market. I got engaged on Tuesday July 9th to the love of my life. We have been together for 5 years on that Tuesday.

It was one of the greatest moments of my life. Over the next 11 months we have a lot on our plates as far as wedding planning goes. I must say I am really looking forward to it! So it is imperative to get the CPA process done before the big day. The wedding is just some extra motivation!

Studying has been going remarkably well, considering I was trapped in the storm of busy season, which has finally come to an end. “SIGH”. I can finally exhale and focus on studies.

The office is a bit more chill without all the yelling about deadlines, mess-ups, etc. I will he honest, the year has been challenging, but I made it out by the hair of my chinny, chin, chin.

In spite of everything, I managed to go through all the videos, MCQs and make initial notes. I’m now in the weary 3-week stretch.

Thankfully the NINJA Audio and notes have really helped with revitalizing the concepts, and I feel this is key to navigating through the material. I have listened to so much NINJA audio I think I am beginning to loose my island accent and starting to sound like Jeff!

Well, it is back to embracing the gift of FAR! But first, I am going to prepare my fiancé and I our first home cooked meal as a newly engaged couple.
