Im fresh out of my FAR exam, so I figure Id crack a beer and write this weeks blog.
It was a pretty uneventful and depressing Memorial Day weekend for me. While everyone else was at the lake or by the pool, I was studying elimination entries and governmental accounting.
With a looming test, it was all I could do to stay focused. Hopefully when score release comes around, Ill be singing a different tune.
The exam seemed to go OK, but as you all know, its very hard to tell. I have to say that I do feel like I was more prepared than last time. The Wiley MCQs proved to be an invaluable tool. A few questions I had were verbatim from what I saw in Wiley.
Going into the simulations I had extreme anxiety. Last time they blew me out of the water. This time I felt they were difficult, but manageable. I even finished with 20 minutes to spare dont know if thats good or bad.
Now the waiting game begins. Since this was my last exam (hopefully), Im not sure what to do with myself. Usually I have to jump straight into studying for the next section. Is it too early to check the NASBA site??
