So this weekend was my super study weekend. My wife coaches high school volleyball and was away on a weekend retreat with her team.
I tend to limit my study time because I do like to spend at least an hour with my wife at night…I know, what am I thinking, right? She was gone Friday, Saturday, and Sunday which allowed me to study all day each of those days.
My FAR test is now about 3 weeks away and I am in chapter 4 of my MCQs. For those of you who dont know, I watched all of the lectures back to back and am doing all of the MCQs together after the lectures. I think this strategy is working pretty well.
I now have been studying for a little over a year for the CPA exams, and frankly it is very sobering to make that realization. I did a year long MBA program after college and am somewhat frustrated that this is taking so long, and since I only have BEC passed, I have a lot more to go.
It is safe to say that WHEN I pass the exams, I will cherish it more than any degree that I have because I have never worked so hard in my life, which I am sure many of you can sympathize with.
Well back to my studies.
