Hello to all, and I hope everyone has had a good study week. I am finally back in the swing of things and back on my studying course. Had a few bumps in the road that has had me sidetracked, but I think we all have these issues.
I tried doing some reviewing and found that I seemed to be totally lost. Some topics just stick in my head while others are totally gone.
I have decided to try Jeffs NINJA suggestions, and just watch all the videos, then start on the MCQs. This way I can review the videos that I really need help with and not waste so much of my valuable time.
I am attempting to make flashcards as I go along and since my writing is not at its best right now (injuries can cause dilemmas with my writing skills), and I am going to see if I can get them into the software that Jeff was using for his sets of flashcards.
If they seem like they will be usable, then I will pass them along to Jeff. If they dont seem to be worth anything, then I will just hit the delete key and remove them to my recycle bin. Maybe the effort will at least install some small bit of knowledge.
I must say that at this point I feel like using Roger CPA Review has been a good choice. Roger keeps me interested (I dont get sleepy) and at the same time he is teaching me only what he feels that I need to know.
It seems that scores in the first testing window of 2011 were way down, so I am hopeful that Rogers review course will lead me in the right direction so that I dont have to spend the rest of my life studying.
Have a great weekend studying.
