Hello everyone!
I honestly cannot believe that it has already been another week. However this week Ive found myself studying more than in the previous two, which I can only hope continues as my BEC test date continues to approach.
Monday at work I was without an assignment and got in a whole 5 hours of MC questions. I felt kind of bad studying at work until I was reassured that they didnt mind as long as the work I was assigned got done. Apparently they want me to pass the exam just as much as I want it for myself, thank goodness.
I have finally gotten through writing all my notes legibly, and as I begin the long process of going through question after question Ive found that I have actually retained more information than I thought. Maybe this slower pace Im going at is actually helping.
I started taking notes about the questions I was getting wrong. Then I decided that it would probably be easier and less time consuming later when I go to rewrite my notes for the 2nd time to just find where in my notes now it talks about the subject and add side notes to it so that the correlations are already done.
I hope this is a good strategy and that Im not hindering my learning process by doing this step early. I suppose Ill find out in September when scores come out.
I find myself thinking about what September will bring more and more often even though I know I need to focus on that last week of August first. I havent yet thought about or planned when or which section I will be taking next, partially because I want to wait until scores have come out and retake if needed the section(s) I failed in this window, and partially because I just dont want to add that to my ever growing list of what I have to do.
I do know one thing though. I will not be taking more than one section a window again. It has been a battle studying for BEC after just a month ago cramming AUD information into my mind.
Back to the now and these questions arent going to answer themselves for me.
Good luck to those testing this week!
